    I have stage 3 CKD for 5 years (that I'm aware of), & my nephrologist works hard with me in keeping me there. I test weekly for protein in my urine with all negative results. I'm maintained between 11 & 12 hgb with occasional
    ARANESP injections. (recently slipped to 10.1).
    I also practice a very low protein diet with supplemental amino acids.

    I do struggle with high KCL. I also struggle to maintain weight & I am going to have my thyroid tested. I work hard at trying to maintain in stage 3 and have been successful for almost 5
    years.
